About Me

About Jorge

I am Jorge Martínez‑Arroyo, a strategic advisor and early‑stage investor working at the intersection of EnterpriseTech, customer experience, innovation and digital transformation. I work with investors, startups and corporations to turn strategy into measurable growth, with a special focus on B2B technologies that transform how companies attract, serve and retain customers.

At Santander I held executive positions such as Head of Internet Banking, Director of Customer Experience and Director of Strategy & Transformation. In these roles I led large‑scale initiatives in digital banking, innovation and CX, and founded DEC, Spain’s first corporate CX association, which later expanded to Mexico, Argentina and Chile and where I continue as Honorary President.

Over the last years I have advised and spoken for organisations such as Telefónica, Inditex, Santander, IESE Business School, L’Oréal, Santa Lucía and Mahou San Miguel, among others, helping leadership teams connect customer strategy, technology and financial impact. I have also taught Strategy, Marketing and Customer Experience programmes at institutions such as IE, EOI, ESIC and IC‑A.

My journey as an early‑stage investor began through the IESE Business Angel Network and later with COREangels EnterpriseTech, where I back founders building the next generation of EnterpriseTech companies. I complement this practical experience with executive education at Stanford University (VC Unlocked), UC Berkeley and IESE Business School. Today, I bring together that corporate, academic, advisory and investment background to help founders build stronger B2B businesses and to help investors access curated opportunities in international EnterpriseTech.
